Duc Son Orphanage
The Duc Son Orphanage of the Duc Son Pagoda is located in the township of the Thuy Bang in the Hue province in Vietnam. Created in 1987 by welcoming few children, it has grown today to nearly two hundred children.

The orphanage is headed by the Reverend Minh Tu, its founder assisted by nuns, by the older children of the orphanage, who after school participate in the life of the orphanage by notably helping the younger ones, and by external people as volunteers.
Since 2010, the Association "The Children of Duc Son" has as mission to help them answering their needs and helping them in their projects. Monthly donations are sent to help with the general daily expenses of the orphanage, or to help finance other projects.

L'orphelinat Duc Son, situé dans la périphérie de la ville de Hué au centre du Vietnam, a été créé en 1987. Il est dirigé par des nonnes bouddhistes et accueille aujourd'hui plus de 200 enfants.

A la tête de l'institut on retrouve la révérante mère Minh Tu. Elle est aidée par les nonnes et les enfants les plus âgés, qui après l'école aident les plus jeunes à leurs devoirs. Aident aussi des volontaires internationaux.

Depuis 2010, l'association "Les enfants de Duc Son" a pour mission d'aider l'orphelinat dans ses projets. Des donations sont faites tous les mois afin d'aider les dépenses quotidiennes et financer les projets.
